Acceptable Use Policy

A.1

Universal standards

You may not use the Services to:

Violate law or engage in or promote illegal activity.

Compromise computer or network systems — including unauthorized access, scanning, or exploitation of systems you do not own or lack written authority to test; developing or distributing malware, ransomware, or credential-harvesting tools; or evading security controls.

Compromise critical infrastructure or develop weapons.

Violate privacy or identity rights — including surveilling, tracking, or profiling individuals without a lawful basis, or processing personal data through the Services without the rights to do so.

Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate trade secrets.

Deceive — impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is required, or generate content designed to defraud.

Harm children, generate sexual content involving minors, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery.

Harass, threaten, or incite violence or hatred.

Abuse the platform — circumvent rate limits, resell access, share credentials, or use the Services to train a competing model.

Use prohibited AI practices — including deploying subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques that cause significant harm; exploiting vulnerabilities due to age, disability, or social or economic circumstance; social scoring; predicting criminal behavior based solely on profiling; untargeted scraping of facial images; inferring emotions in workplaces or schools; or biometric categorization to infer sensitive characteristics — where the law prohibits them.

Generate or transmit content on or through the Services that is harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, hateful or otherwise discriminatory, false or misleading, or incites an illegal act;
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm OpenTeams or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.
Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Services.

A.2

High-risk use requirements
If you use the Services to produce content or support decisions in legal, medical, financial, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education (including admissions and assessment), access to essential public services, biometric identification, critical infrastructure, or journalistic contexts, or otherwise to make or support decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, you must:

1

Ensure a qualified human professional reviews the output before it is relied upon or disseminated;

2

Disclose to affected individuals that AI was used to help produce it;

3

Give affected individuals a way to seek human review of, or to contest, a decision the output supported; and

4

Conduct and document any impact or risk assessment that applicable law requires of you as the deployer. We do not perform these assessments on your behalf.

A.3

Connector and Agent requirements
Connect only accounts you are authorized to connect. Do not connect an employer’s account in violation of that employer’s policy.
Do not use Connectors to collect or export data you are not authorized to access.
Do not direct an Agent to take Actions against systems you do not own or lack authorization to access.
Do not designate as a Workspace any directory containing data you lack the rights to expose to executed code or to an Inference Source.

A.4

Enforcement

We may investigate your use of, remove content from, or throttle, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, according to the Terms.
